Personal data (hereinafter referred to simply as “data”) is processed on
this website only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of
providing a functional, user-friendly website with the associated
services and content.
According to Art. 4(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General
Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”),
“processing” refers in principle to any process performed in connection
with personal data, with or without the help of automated means. This
includes recording, collection, structuring, organization, storage,
adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by
transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or
combination, restriction, erasure, and destruction.
In the following Data Protection Statement, we inform you in particular
of the scope, nature, purpose, duration, and legal basis of the
processing of personal data insofar as we determine the processing alone
or together with third parties. We also inform you of the third-party
components used that serve to optimize and improve the quality of use,
especially where third parties process data on their own responsibility.

is subject to certain risks, and it is possible that third parties may
gain access to transmitted data.
Rights of users and data subjects
With respect to the data processing described in more detail below, the
users and data subjects have the right to confirmation of whether data
concerning them is processed, to access to the processed data, to
further information about the data processing, and to copies of the data
(cf. also Art. 15 GDPR);

what way the data was processed, and to a copy of the data concerning

or, insofar as processing is necessary in accordance with Art. 17(3)
GDPR, to restriction of processing as per Art. 18 GDPR;
… to transmission of the data concerning them or provided by them, and
of data that was provided to other controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR);
… to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities if there exists
suspicion that the data concerning them has been processed by the vendor
in a manner that violates the provisions of data protection law (Art.
77 GDPR).
The controller is obligated to notify all recipients that have received
data from it of any correction or erasure of data, or restriction of
processing that has been undertaken on the basis of Articles 16, 17(1),
or 18 GDPR. This obligation only exists if providing such notification
is not impossible and does not require disproportionate effort. As a
general rule, the user has a right to information about the recipient.
Users or data subjects as per Art. 21 GDPR have the right to object to
future processing of the data concerning them if the data is processed
by the controller according to the requirements of Art. 6(1) GDPR.

Information on the data processing
The following data, which is collected by the web browser you use, among
other data, is sent to us and/or the provider for technical reasons. It
takes the form of so-called server log files: Browser type and version,
operating system, referrer URL, IP address, access date and time, and
duration of access.
This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data that may
be entered and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about
specific persons. This data serves for statistical purposes and for
improving the website.
Server data
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable
website, data is sent by your web browser to us or our web space
provider. These so-called server log files record the type and version
of your web browser, the operating system, the website from which you
navigated to our website (referrer URL), the page(s) of our website that
you visit, the date and time of the respective access, and the IP
address of the Internet connection from which use is made of our
website, among other things.
The data gathered in this way is stored temporarily, but not together
with other data from you. The legal basis of the storage is Art. 6(1)(f)
GDPR.
This data is deleted no later than seven days later, unless storage is
necessary for evidentiary purposes.
Cookies
Session cookies:
Our website uses so-called session cookies. These are small text files
or other storage technology that the web browser used saves on your
client. These are used to store and process individual information from
you such as the browser or location data and your IP address.
They serve to make our website user-friendly and secure and to allow the
use of shopping cart functions or different languages. Where this
cookie data is used for initiation of a contract or processing of a
contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where this purpose is
not given, our legitimate interest consists in the optimization of the
website. In that case, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Session
cookies are deleted by closing the browser.

Third-party cookies may also be used with our website for advertising,
analysis, or the functions of our website. Please see the following
information for details, especially concerning the purposes and legal
bases of the processing of such third-party cookies.

you send in order to handle your query. The legal basis for this
processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Once your query has been handled, we
delete this data unless legal requirements stipulate a different
procedure.
